Young footballers training together

For parents & guardians

See the
whole picture.

Consent you control, a read-only window into their training, and alerts when something needs attention.

The worry

You want to support them. Not spy on them.

What are they actually doing?

Training plans, clips and chats live on their phone, and you're guessing.

Who are they talking to?

Coaches and apps reaching your child with no visibility and no trail.

What data is being taken?

Health and location data quietly harvested with no say from you.

Premier Coach gives you consent, visibility and alerts — with your child's trust kept intact.

What you get

Peace of mind, by design.

Family dashboard

One card per child: sessions this week, training streak, 7-day readiness and their next event — at a glance, without opening their phone.

Needs attention

Pain flags, low readiness and messages waiting for a reply surface in one box, so you know when to ask a question.

Consent you control

For under-18s, health data, wearables, video upload and AI chat stay off until you switch them on — and you can switch them off again.

A read-only window

See their programme, training log, progress, reviews, wellbeing and AI coach chats — in a separate, read-only view. You can look; you can't change anything.

Coach contact you can see

Anything a coach sends your under-18 is visible to you. There is no private adult-to-child messaging anywhere in the app.

Safeguarding handled properly

If a concern is raised, it goes to a trained safeguarding lead — not into family group chats. Your child's AI chats never show safeguarding topics to you or anyone else.

Every view is logged

Each time your child's information is viewed, it's written to an audit log. Accountability is built in, not bolted on.

It ends at 18

The day they turn 18, your view closes and their account is theirs alone. No awkward conversations needed.

Safe by design for under-18s

Coaches are safeguarding-verified before they can see an under-18 player. Health data, wearables, video and AI chat wait for your yes. The AI never gives medical or supplement advice — if your child reports pain, it points them to you, their coach or a professional.

Getting started

Five minutes, done.

  1. 01

    Create a parent account

A minute to set up, with its own login — separate from your child's.

  2. 02

    Link to your child

Accept your child's invite, or set up an account for a younger child yourself.

  3. 03

    Set the consents

Decide on health data, wearables, video upload and AI chat for your under-18. Change your mind any time.

  4. 04

    Check in when you like

Open the family dashboard whenever you want the picture — nothing to install, nothing to nag about.

Questions

Parents ask

What exactly can I see?+

A read-only view of your under-18's programme, training, progress, video reviews, wellbeing and AI coach chats — plus a family dashboard summary. You can't change their training data or message them through the app.

What needs my consent?+

For under-18s: health data, wearable connections, video upload and the AI coach. Training, check-ins and progress tracking work from age 12 without them.

Can coaches message my child privately?+

No. There is no private one-to-one messaging between adults and under-18s in Premier Coach. Anything a coach sends is visible to you, and concerns go to a safeguarding lead.

What happens when my child turns 18?+

Your access ends automatically and their account becomes fully theirs. The app tells you it's happened — no data about an adult is shown to a parent.

Does it cost anything for parents?+

No. The parent account is free alongside your child's plan. The Amateur plan is free for independent players during the pilot.

Back their dream.
Keep your peace of mind.
